Terms of Service

General

✖ If you accept the commission, it means you HAVE READ AND AGREE to these terms.✖ These terms and conditions are subject to change. If your commission was accepted before the changes, it will not affect your order.✖ Do not trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own (as if you had created it yourself).✖ Please give me credit if you use the artwork on social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). I have the right to use the works for promotional purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you do not want your commission to be published, please let me know when we agree on the commission.✖ The commission may be rejected for various reasons (if I see that I do not meet the standards, the theme of the illustration is not to my liking, etc.), and it will not be mandatory to explain the reason to the client.

PAYMENTS

✖ Payment methods: PayPal, VGen, Binance Pay (USDT only)✖ PAYMENT IS FULL AND IN ADVANCE. Once the payment is made, I will add you to my waiting list.✖ Payment must be made within 2 days after the invoice is sent. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.✖ If the character is very complex or there are additional things, the price could increase.

REVISIONS

✖ I will send progress updates (WIPs) periodically. If you do not want to see the process, please let me know in advance. Keep in mind that if you do not want to see the process, you will not be able to make corrections after the image is finished.

PROCESS

✖ If the client wants something specific (whether it's an expression, background, pose, clothing, etc.), it must be specified when agreeing on the commission.✖ I will send you the SKETCH to CHECK if there is anything to change. After the CHECK, when the SKETCH is approved, I will continue with your commission until it is finished.✖ Three changes will be made for free during the sketch phase, but once we move to another phase of the drawing (shading, rendering, etc.), corrections will incur an additional cost (with the exception of color corrections).✖ LARGE changes after the sketch phase will have an extra charge depending on the complexity. So, please try to be clear and specific from the beginning with the order information.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✖ The order depends on my TASK list.✖ It may take 1 to 2 weeks to complete a commission; if something arises that delays the delivery, I will let you know as soon as possible. If the commission needs to be done for a particular day, please indicate it when placing the order.✖ The indicated delivery time will begin once the commission has started.✖ Due to the artist's workload/schedule, faster completion or with deadlines may require EXTRA FEES. The final product will be delivered via VGen or email (where you choose to be contacted).

USE

✖ The commission is for PERSONAL/NON-PROFIT USE. COMMERCIAL USE will have an additional cost.✖ The client cannot use the product in any technology related to NFT or AI.✖ If the client wishes to acquire the rights to the illustration for COMMERCIAL USE, an additional price must be agreed upon.

REFUNDS

✖ THERE ARE NO REFUNDS unless for some reason I cannot complete your commission.
